Benefit Plan: We will file your benefit plan provided that you give us all of the correct information for filing. We are not ‘in network’ with any insurance company, so you may want to check with your benefit plan to see what their ‘out of network’ coverage guidelines are. We are happy to file your claims for you as a courtesy to you, but we require payment at time of service and your benefit plan will reimburse you directly.
